Don't see how.
Extra 30bhp on a 1600cvh?? Naaah.
Assuming you are on MFI, you will reach the limits of that before the head becomes a restriction, plus to get the most of of the head, you'd need a suitable cam.
You need a way of getting the fuel in to match the extra potential for airflow.
I had a FRST doing 230bhp. On standard head and cam. I fitted a Vulcan head and Kent cam, and made..........230bhp.
With a management swap or maybe a live map on the OFAB from MSD there was potentially more there. But it isn't a promise like you have been told IMO.
More money needs to be spent to see the gains.
I prefered my stock cam and head at those levels TBH.

You wouldnt gain from just bolting that head on.
You need a cam to get the best from the head. But if you are after getting from 130bhp to 170bhp, why not just chip it? You need to anyway. It can form part of a good spec but not needed for the power levels you are talking about and wouldn't really do much if just nailed on without anything else to maximise it
