Default how to check if i have fuel pressure

as above really any help?

a fuel pressure gauge would be needed to measure it properly fitted in your feed to rail.

well car struggling to start most people have put it down to plugs so got a new set comming today buti asked if they dont work does anybody else know what else it could be someone asked if im getting fuel pressure as it sounds like a fueling problem i'm really hopping it isnt its meant to be in garage now getting welded before mot and couldnt make it devo!

Remember reading that the chap Breamer had a dud fuel pressure reg if i remember correctly it was near the end of his resto thread.

Quite easy to check, just pull off small hose on top and check if there
is fuel coming out of the regulator (with motor running ). It shouldn't
leak fuel, if it does the diaphragm is torn.
