If you already have rear disks get some st170 280mm rear disks and calipers. Could use Focus RS rear calipers as theyre the same but disks are a different offset

so all they are doing is supplying you with a set of 2wd cossie rear discs, and some brackets to space them out?

you can get a set of discs for buttons and seeing as the 2wd cossie uses the same calipers as every other sierra/granada with rear discs, they ain't exactly rare

and a bracket that can be made for a few quid

all to give you smaller brakes?

Just buy the carrier from Ford, a pair of ST170 disks, and use your old hubs, caliper and pads and cable. Job Jobbed

Quite easy on a Focus. Get some st170 hubs, they will fit on a standard disc subframe, and bolt on the 170 callipers. The hand brake cable will be a bit of a stretch, but I have one you can have if you'll pay the postage. Might be cheaper to get it from the scrappy at the same time as the other parts though.

do you currently have rear discs on your car?

if so then you just need to get some spacers for the calipers to move them out to whatever size of discs you are upgrading to
