pumping oil with fuel pump...

can a fuel pump be used to pump engine oil?

For transfereing oil between drums

Can't see why not?might take a while due to bore size but certainly enough pressure!

a cossy one wouldnt,as it needs to be gravity fed,ie below the level of the oil.
you can buy a mocal electric oil pump,cheap and designed for such a job.
