Default Lost Locking Wheel Nut Key

Just had a call from my brother and he has lost his locking wheel nut key for his Mk6 Fiesta

Is there any way he can get a replacment one? he has had the car from new so is it just a case of going into Fords?

Any Ford dealer should have a locking wheel nut master set.

Just pop down your local one, get them to take them off and fit a new set, it would probably be easier than getting a new key.

only way u will get a new key is if you have the number which comes on a piece of paper which is normaly in the bag/box with the key. If not ford dealer , remove and buy new set...to be honest the keys are more expensive than the full sets !!! Just word it 'I want to purchase a new set of lockinfg wheel nuts from your lovely ford garage but need the old ones of first'

The key number should be written in the back of the service book. If not then most ford dealers should have a master key.

what nuts are they?

the mcgaurd type can be removed by smashing a 21 or 22mm socket over them and undo them with a torque wrench.
