on the rollers at power engineering
but i think that mike brewer gets his pants pulled on the cost of the bits he's bought
new clutch - price not disclosed
wheels and brakes £850 (plus he part chopped the old rims in)
exhaust - £180 (yeah right, stainless steel 3 inch system for that price? i'll have 6 please )
chip - £450
vynal bits - £300
etc
he's paid out £3250 for the car and then they've got the cheek to list the prices as only being £2k
not to mention edd reckoned there was about £500 worth of labour on the clutch change and they said there was £405 worth of performance bits bolted to it and then they sold it for £5400
i know the shows about doing stuff and not exactly all about their profits, but i think things are starting to get a bit silly now
not to mention mike looks like he's wearing a tent

if theres that many of the fuckers out there, then whats the point? he must've knew he wouldnt make money

PassionFord Post Whore!!
The price on those parts was a joke, I recently sold a full Brembo front set-up the same as that for just under £400 and those wheels go for £250

I think its fucking hilarious! Total shite, but I still love to watch it.
Mike Brewer knows so little it's funny! And Edd has zero taste in modifying a car
But still, it's an absolute hoot.

PassionFord Post Whore!!
The Subaru one was the first i've seen of this new series. Mike's still a prick aint he. Got to agree with the comments on the stripes, they looked fucking pants and i'd have removed them before any of my mates saw the car.

It made 245bhp,whic IMO is wank.
They did say the clutch price dojj,£350 iirc and the vinyl was £100.
Fair play,it all seems pretty staged but if it's true they've done alright this series, made £1800 on the Volvo,£2500 on the bond bug, only about £500 on the landy and £200 on the scoob, which is poor.
Makes me laugh a bit sometimes, that's for sure.never a mention of Mot costs, petrol, tax, tyres etc etc.
At least their paintjobs are getting a bit more sensible now, only £900 for the landy!!!
