yes they can ask for it back if youve not sent the item. it wil be taken out of your account and leave you owing paypal.

its not a refund, its a complaint so they dont need you to accept refund.

i lost 90 quid from them fookers last year m8

sold somin sent of buyer said duidnt receive, complained to paypal they emailed me saying i have 3 choices if cant prove postage they taking it out!!!


i couldnt find slip they took the fookin money

Im going through this right now , I bought some stuff from the States on 10th of December and it still hasnt arrived complained to EBAY and now PAYPAL so we see what happens
