hi all, well after 3 days of going all over the uk i bought myself a really nice evo 6 in silver 77000, just needs a little work , the underneath wants undersealing and thers a little noise when ya turn left , other then that she,s lovely!! will get some pics up over the next few days.. specs are

mapped by evotune running 1.7 bar around 370 to 380 bhp

4 new tyres

cobra alarm immobiliser
hard pipe intercooler kit

drove it all the way back from newcastle to cumbria and was faultless!! boost controller has 3 settings, 1 bar, 1.6 bar, and 1.7 bar, only kept it on 1 bar all the way home..

wait till i get it cleaned..lol.. drives lovely but fook me drinks the juice... ive now had evo, 3, evo 4, evo 6.. and might upset a few peeps when i say over all i think the e4 drives the best.. must say to anyone tho trying to find a good one is really hard work, i looked at 2 evo 5 and both were dogs..

e5 and e6 go for between 6000 to 7000 for a good one but if you look around and you now what your looking for you can get them a little lower, im lucky i learnt all about them a few years ago and have now built up 3 4g63t evo engines up, my latest was my e4 i put a really nice e6 engine in that i built from the crank up, ive posted b4 i honestly think the 4g63t engine goes together like lego very easy to build and parts are very cheap, if you want to go posh coswoth make , crankshaft, pistons and rings , the whole 4g63t block, cams , so alot of the engine, are you can buy a cosworth shortblock

i love both ford rs,s ive had a few!! and love evo,s ive just washed it cant believe how good the paint work is!! and the other thing is i was looking thru the paper work and this car has full service history from 9000 miles ,very rare as it a import but must of come into this country in 2001, im going to add up all the money its had spent on it later but you would not believe one of the receipts is for nearly 5 grand alone ..fook me.. i think somewhere around 15 to 20 grand of service receipts

this is my mate's old 6, you bought it from craig wright from sedgefield and jamie is the best mapper in the north east so it does go well

i would of told you to do one for what you gave him lol

 

worst car i ever owned was a evo 6 in silver lol

killed the diff at bedford trackday

just pure shit build quality ( compared to the m3 anyway)

but was just one of them cars i had to own
