sound like someone along the lines has used your locking nut with an impact gun

is it driveable as when i lost my locking socket i went to a tyre place and they just removed all my locking nuts for me, i went to plume tyres but i think there only a small company and won't have one up your way,i did try to remove them myself with locking nut removers from halfrauds but my alloy have really deep bolt holes and i couldn't get the removers in the hole to get at the nuts

and wih your second question yes you can you phone the number up i'm sure it's written on the piece of paper they came with how much a replacement is, i'm sure it's 10 days 2 weeks though for your replacement to come through.

edit: if you haven't got the piece of paper the nuts came with give me a few minutes and i'll dig mine out

yea it'll be alot better to buy the replacement, they did sell them at one point in halfords whether they still do i'm not sure, i no them mcguards are very hard crome though so weather it would of actually worked i don't know.

i'v got the piece of paper here with me, it says you need the 17 digit code it'll cost Ł12 but subject to change without warning it says here but my locking nuts are only a year or so old so hopefully not changed much, it also says you need to send all the info with name, address and card details to cs@mcguard.de.

but i'd much rather phone there customer service number first to make sure they get everything needed to send the replacement out witch is 0080025993400 and open mon-fri 08,00-17,00h CET (what ever time zone that is i don't know ) hope this helps you get it sorted.

i couldn't get a replacement when i lost mine as i lost the paper and key and had to change the clutch before i had a long drive to somewhere can't remem and my clutch was so bad it was sticking in gear, and ended up in a big panic needing them removed the sat morning ready for doing the clutch to keep the ex happy wish i hadn't bothered now

that type of locking nut ate 1 of the worst to get off, I would suggest getting a garage to mig weld a nut to them and undo them that way, the heat from the mig also makes them a bit easier to undo

get a scoket thats a tight fit around ur nut n blet it on with a hammer, then just undo the nut. my m8 broke his set by using a nut gun.
only pro is ur gonna need 4 sockets 2 get em off all
