I had ALS & LC

ALS is simply awesome, maybe people who think its a bragging right are not using it properly, or its not setup right? No idea, but personal preference says I loved mine

Never used LC as I have a standard diff

launch control will be better for your diff as u are getting off the line with limited power untill u take your finger off the button then u will have full power with full boost already on the move! and anti lag is good i just feel like a twat with everyone looking at me thinking what on earth is up with his car lol

Had both on my last cossie too - awesome

Never used the launch control properly as I feared 400bhp through the MT75 box was going to cause damage

The Antilag was awesome, I had it on the mild/agressive side by modifying the throttle body and ISCV to give maximum airflow while retaining idle ability - was simply superb.

The only downside I noticed when using the ALS was the kangarooing at partial throttle if mid corner and the ECU detected the right conditions for the ALS to activate. To combat this problem I made a simple limit switch that acted on the throttle body actuator arm and as soon as the throttle was opened more than 2mm the ALS turned off - This cured the kangarooing problem and made the car a joy to drive with the ALS on
