anti lag and launch control

alright guys just bought a rwd sapphire does any1 know anythin about that anti-lag and launch control ya can get my saff is runnin stage 1 it has a rollin road printout of 278bhp but personally i dont thin its puttin out that i want to make it bit nippier but dont want to spend huge money im a bit clueless wen it comes to the mechanics of it all any suggestions wud be greatly appreciated

Never used the launch control properly as I feared 400bhp through the MT75 box was going to cause damage![Surprised](https://passionford.com/forum/images/smilies/bigcry.gif)
The Antilag was awesome, I had it on the mild/agressive side by modifying the throttle body and ISCV to give maximum airflow while retaining idle ability - was simply superb.
The only downside I noticed when using the ALS was the kangarooing at partial throttle if mid corner and the ECU detected the right conditions for the ALS to activate. To combat this problem I made a simple limit switch that acted on the throttle body actuator arm and as soon as the throttle was opened more than 2mm the ALS turned off - This cured the kangarooing problem and made the car a joy to drive with the ALS on
