Default Cool Louvres

who's used them and what was the communication like?
i tried ringing them over the past couple of weeks and keep getting their answerphone. i've left my details for them to call back but nothing yet.
also left a few emails but no reply but to be fair it does say on their website they do get a lot of emails so i kinda expect no reply to them.
are they still trading or do you think they are shut for a holiday break

this one is a related topic, does any company do a sapphire cossie 4x4 louver on the right hand side going the opposite direction, to be more detailled instead of facing towards the rear expelling the hot air from the engine, could it be made to face the front and act as a cold air intake for the air filter that sits right beneth it? just a thought rattling away in the old noggin

Brendan is a TIT.

i took my bonnet down there, went over what i wanted in full detail and even left him a diagram.
i returned to pick it up a week later and it was nothing like what was asked for, and he had magically lost the diagram.

doing it as he claimed 'everyone else normally wants them done like that!'

overal, the quality was very good and i cant fault his ability to do the job well, just a shame it wasnt what i asked for!
