i just used a good quality electric tape on mine when i tidyed it up just make sure its one that stretches a bit not snaps all the time then you can get it nice and tight so it looks neat

Any tips for wrapping?

Those sites say the tape is non-adheisve, how does it 'stick' down?

 

If you want a decent job, don't be afraid to pay for decent cloth tape, normally the tape is self amalgamating(sticks to itself) for decent stuff, but ford used shit stuff, so pretty much anything you buy will be better!!
