need help guys,

lost my voice and going on exercise with the TA this weekend so does
anyone have and tips for sortin it out?? or even helping a bit...

Aniseed boiled in water with a touch of honey. Best thing for it. Salt water is just for infection so its hardly going to help.

When my ex used to have a sore throat, she used to practically beg me to shoot my muck down her throat, used to swear by it, although I hope it wasn't a childhood remedy her dad showed her
