Just seen this on Sky news. Crazy! Hopefully he's dealt with quickly to prevent him hurting anyone else.

 

un-believable 2 dead in my home town and he is now on-foot up near boot in eskdale where i use to live, 17 people on hospital 5 confirmed dead

RIP for those shot. Seems like he was going after anyone whos upset him in the past. Going "postal" as its known.

even if its an illegal firearm, i'm sure "Mothers Against Guns" ignorant protestors will call for more restrictions on owning legal firearms.

Its a sad fact that a small number of people in society WILL go postal and on a killing spree. Banning guns like after hungerford and dunblane does NOT stop that happening. just means they will use a different weapon or an improvised weapon/IED etc.

You cant ban all potential weapons. Just not possible.

As a society you just have to accept that from time to time people will go nuts and on a killing spree. The things to change are the mental health services and support services so people dont get to the point of killing others. Its too late to just say "ban the weapons".
