How could you mention that turbo on here - didn't you know that T4s were antiquated, outdated, crappy turbos ?

Not sure Gary, 4200-4400 - hard to hold on and look...

Mike - the T4 is awesome, it might be out of date but we had a couple of boost issues and it still made 492 @ 27 psi

PLus its stronger than a GT turbo - i mean mine has had so much boost and it still runs mint

Agreed!

My nova was able to take everything 1st gear could through at it in a straight line, and so should yours be able to, as the weight is in the right place.

I am looking at getting the tractive box...

Steve - torque was 401 @ 27psi - no real boost spike and high reving cams - so it grips - works well

it's not bad as is but could b a lot better.
I currently get grip in 2nd about 1/2way through the gear but depending on how I drive it I can get sideways in 3rd lol
not bad considering I've got road tyres, an open diff and I setup the suspension by eye, with a tape and the level off my iPhone lol.

Agreed thats far more than the width of a gearchange, anything over 3K of usefull range is perfectly acceptable on track where you are keeping it on the boil by definition anyway I reckon
