you dont pay to get in usually; but there are a few costs you have to consider such buyers premium & storage fee's if your not taking the car straight away

if you insist on going, get yourself a glasses guide, watch a few auctions first then have a go
beware tho, alot of shit goes through auctions so you really need to know your stuff, you cant test drive or anything. all you can do is follow the car from the car park into the auction ring - this is the only time you will see it running

ask the guy who is driving it if he noticed anything wrong, e.g high biting point on clutch etc

Auction prices at the moment are sky high, i go to chelmsford on a regular basis and if you do go your better off wednesday morning as you have less private bidders pushing the prices up, they run 2 halls wednesdays, one with slightly cheaper cars (around 5k and below give or take) and one with the higher end cars.
