Default Stolen 3dr cosworth

I know this is a long shot but any info/help would be appreciated.

******REWARD £5000******

On sunday the 5th August between 1am and 2pm my moonstone blue 3dr was stolen from my garage in Basildon Essex. I know my chances of getting it back are slim. The car was a low mileage (66500) with all original panels. Anybody with information about who took it gets the reward no questions asked.
Thanks in advance.

As I stated on this when it got shared on Facebook, you probily got followed home, try and find some shops or somewhere close to home that you could access CCTV on to see if you had any suspicious cars or vans following you, that's of coarse if you took it to ford fair Sunday that is

Just out of interest what security was on it. If I had a cossie (will never be able to own one) id make it near impossible to steal

hi mate
I'm mr paranoid when it comes to my cars, even if I get a feeling somethings not right I do detour routes and never go direct to where ever I'm going. I never left it anywhere, if I couldn't see it then I did not leave it. I've been given a name but cant prove it at the moment, if its true then its already been stripped and shell cut up

thanks to everybody.

bit of advice i'd give is don't rely upon electronics to save your car, good old fashion crook locks or removing ht leads seems to be the way at the moment. Just seen the focus rs video, cant believe how quick and easy it was.

That unnamed person are they stupid enough to resell on your parts? I know what you mean, my car very rarely leaves my sight and that's the low end of the ford food chain, alarms and immobilisers are pointless nowadays, old Skool
Methods are the best to keep them away, hope your get some good news soon

My mate showed me that engine and I'm pretty sure he showed me it before this cossie was announced stolen. In fact I'm certain of it as we were working up Montrose way and that was 2 weeks ago. I remember us talking about how dear it was for how it looked. I know you would need to be a proper skanky thick low life scum bag cunt to rob a cosworth but surely they would at least have 1 or 2 cells in their head to remove the engine before taking pictures.

And would I fuck own a cossie if all I had to store it was a lock up away from home as that's what it looks like from the picture.

sadly no news on my car, apparently 3 three door cossies went missing in the area in the early hours sunday, so looks like a planned raid.

The engine bay pic is not mine sadly but the pics of the cossie at the garage is so thanks to whoever posted it, its much appreciated. Its good to know there's still some decent people out there and not just thieving bastard scum.

the car was stored in a garage about 20 feet away from the house at the end of the garden.
