cosworth boost and fueling HELP!!!!!!

i have now finished building the escort mk2 fitted with cosworth engine
i now have some problems
first things first
engine and mods
4wd green top cosworth engine with 2wd big winged baffled sump
t3 garret turbo
bosch dark greens
34chassis alloy fuel rail
turbosmart 1200 fuel pressure reg
rainbird plenum
RS500 race intercooler
turbosmart dumpvalve
pipercross airfilter
L1 ecu with ahmed bayjoo 330bhp chip
turbosmart dual stage boost controller
collins performance -31 actuator

now the problems
once i finished the car i drove it round the block and its fast but didnt realy open her up as it was only round the block
once i had her on the open road she seems to be cutting out on boost???
so i booked her into have a dyno
and was told she is running rich on tick over and lean on boost
no adjustments where made to anything
was just told i had a problem
now i have got lots of parts and added them the whole thing with booking it in to have dyno was to have everything set up
can anyone help
is there a prob with it cutting out on boost
what should i adjust? -31 a screw some where?????
rich and lean again is there anything i can do????

You realy need the map looking at as you have a diff inlet manifold and a 4wd turbo so most likely the chip was not mapped for this,
If it was then look at the fuel pump flow and volts and also check the sensors.

I have adjusted the -31 actuator and drove it down the road and that has seemed to stop the cutting out
I have just fitted the fuel reg
That was the idea behind booking it in to have it set up on the dyno
but all they wanted to do it sell me a stand alone system
So tomorrow I'm going to take it to work and get then to set up the cad for me if they can lol

I'm here with joe now still working on her
he has set the fuel reg from 2 to 3.5
set the -31
set the co2
and is now setting the timing
Let's of things not right
but as whitey says I'm in good hand
After being fxxked over by somewhere else already
I'm so happy having someone who knows what they are talking about
I'll let you know more when he has finished lol

and I will never let anyone else nere my car ever again apart from you

this guy can be trusted to get it done and done right
He went though everything
set the fuel reg
then the -31 actuator
then the co2
then the dizzy and timing
then new plugs
set the low boost
And she shit the life out of me on the way home
I've got a mk2 RS FOCUS as a demo car at work this will eat it up and shit it out now
I am now going to change from l1 ecu to L6 and joe is going to have a play with the chip for me
As for the other place it was REDLINE TUNING
I called then asking for the car to be set up and dyno'd
as the car has just been built with all new parts and had just been fitted
so would need tuning to the engine
Ok booked me in did a run sorry you need new engine loom
and stand alone management as you loom is fualty and you ecu maybe as well
So after spending a loot on having her rewired I call the guy who wired her and had her tested nothing wrong
I'm not going to slag them off
£110 to tell me I need to spend £1500 to sort my car

1day and a hell of a lot less and it has md shitting my self everytime I hit the pedal

I KNOW WHO IM SENDING FRIENDS TOO TO HAVE THERE CARS DONE!!!

Really can't wait to get it back to him now to make her faster

joe built my engine 6 years ago and it's still going strong, and keeping up with a lot of bigger power cars
