How can i get this bearing out its on an mtx75 focus gearbox??

don't suppose you've got a small 3 leg bearing/gear puller do you? should have that out easy enough.

weld all the way round the race and it will fall out! (on the race that is lol)

Get a bar/drift turned up that exactly matches the i.d of the race, fill the cavity with grease and drive the drift into it. Used to do that to remove bearing races on old mini gearboxes.

That race is held in that hole by the fact its just the same size or a tiny bit more than the hole it sits in if u weld with a nice hot mig around the bearing race face the heat will shrink the race and it will fall out of its hole! works every time mate and only takes a few mins One of the best ways to get race,s out of blind holes as u cannot in most case,s get levers pullers or punches in there to get them out!

would one of them oxy burner things work? can i reuse the bearing or would i need a new one??

no mate u will melt something and yes u will need to replace the bearing to honest with u if there is no sign of wear on the old race use the new bearing with it!

the only bits on show in that pic lol. What the bearing its self runs in!. Do have this in bits then mate u dont sound like u should have lol

i have the bell housing off 2 boxes. i just dont know the name of the bits i can take it apart a rebuild it ok just naming things makes me sound a tit as i dont know them
