I used to love search and destroy but I'm a 9th prestige level 70 (staying) now and have nothing to play for. One the points reason is removed you soon realise how dull and repetitive it is.
In S&D the same scripts is likely to happen more, IE those with:
-Marthon/LW/silence UMP45 running to your spawn for quick kills
- Grenande/thumpers over to spawn
-Pre fire across the map like on Highrise
- Same old camping spots around the bomb
Sabotage is good apart from those who wait for the bomb which both teams can pick up to be dropped then they camp it up for cheap points, some don't even try to plant, just go for killstreaks. Ground war, Domination, Hardcore team death match and Hardcore headquarters are my favourites now I think. Team is better when you fancy slower pace and more campy whilst Domination and Headquarters are fast and furious. Wish there was a hardcore groundwar/domination though as its annoying shooting somone several times before the die. Even hard core you can get hit markers at times.

i played cod4 on pc for well over 12 months and dont think i once entered a server with perks,ranks,stupid sights or any of that bollocks.thats the beauty of pc gaming though it can be modded to lose all the naff stuff
i did hear though there was an option to turn perks etc of in mw2 ?

can you not go into games with the daft perks turned off?
i played cod4 on pc for well over 12 months and dont think i once entered a server with perks,ranks,stupid sights or any of that bollocks.thats the beauty of pc gaming though it can be modded to lose all the naff stuff
