Ive just tried to pay for an Ebay item via Paypal funded with a visa debit card. It keeps saying that the transaction cant go through because they cant verify the card with their verification system????

I payed for an Ebay item on the 22nd with no problem and have been using this card for years now.

Has anyone else had this problem?

 

i,m having the same problem pal
just tried sending money to my sister and it says i cannot use the card,i used it 2 weeks ago and it is not a credit card its my bank visa card so its not like i need credit,there is monies on that card!
it is saying for me to contact the card issuer
think its a problem with paypal mate

 

Gd Paypal pisses me off. I am trying to pat for a track control arm for my escort. If I can get the payment sent they will post it tomorrow. Neet it for the weekend as im off and want to ge the car rolling again.
