Thats harsh luck mate. As some of the others have said, take some time to make some life decisions before doing anything rash. Life is too short to spend a third of it behind bars for doing something you will most likely regret. Keep your chin up and you have a lot of support on here and something better will come along. 
It did cross my mind also but was too polite to ask and realise I am no watercolour myself!

in an ideal world you'd want him to tell her to fook off, then she reckons she'll be able to come home to you, where u thent ell her to fook off!! dificult to jus chuck he ron the street tho as she has kids 
but DEFFO get her to fook, give her nothing, dont give her any cause to get u in trouble either!!! wouldnt batter the bloke, would confron him,t ell him who you are and he might even spill an tell u ho wlong its been going on for etc, IF he doesnt know u exist (think u said he already does?) then he's gonna tell her to beat it cos he's been doing her under false pretences! whos been looking after the tykes while shes been playin about? they also might know some stuff about whats going on, end of the day GET HER TO FUCK
