erst quick-rack?
Does anyone know where I can get a quick-rack or kit to fit a s2 rst?
Have already tried Demon tweekes and Burtons but both are saying no and that Quaife dont make them anymore, any ideas people?
Cheers

Hi Paul, yeah Rally design sell one for the S2 RST, the mk3 steering rack and mk4 racks are the same. check their website :
http://www.rallydesign.co.uk/catalog...oducts_id=7315
I have one from them on my S2 RST and its a decent bit of kit, makes the car feel like a go-kart but down side is it makes the steering heavy at anything under 30 mph.

Just buy plenty spinach and you will be okay Alps
You need arms like popeye to park. It's even worse when its sat on slicks

2.25 is a bit too agressive really, best setup imo would be about 2.8 lock to lock
yeah the RD ones are now 2.4 lock to lock
std RST 90 spec are 3.75 turns lock to lock, and the earlier '87/'88 RST's are 4.25 turns lock to lock.
The quaife kits (when they were available) were 2.75 lock to lock but quaife no longer make the parts for the kits and they would need an order for 100 sets to set the machine up to produce them again
