Alright, Tiff, I am running the latest software. 3.1.3. I only updated because my internet wouldn't work and I was told to update via I-tunes and that's what I had to do.

I've found that life I needed.. It's HERE!!
Hockney - What theme is that? I have done so much with my device jailbroken but I have never found a theme I actually like that much to keep. Windows Vista was ok. Quite like the look of yours.
Thanks

Its a mish mash of a few themes. Adeline, iLLumine, Sauve and Full Gray theme, they will probably be other themes I've picked things from but they are the ones I can remember lol. The slider is Opaque Slider and status bar icons is called Status Quo (both on deviant art)

It wont work on your firmware hence why it isnt doing anything, it takes about 2mins to jailbreak your phone

Unfortunately not as Apple has stopped signing the security certificate for the 3.1.2 firmware so it isnt possible to 'rollback' your firmware. You would have to have already had it jailbroken on 3.1.2 and save certain files in Cydia so you could downgrade from 3.1.3 to 3.1.2

Blackra1n does not work on 3.1.3 and you cannot downgrade your firmware. A jailbreak should be out soon for 3.1.3 but who knows how long it will take.

No. It doesnt unlock the service provider, it unlocks the 'linux restrictions' which is basically like your windows on the PC. It allows for full customization rather than basically being told what you can and cant do. If you can do it you will never go back. Just shows how powerful the iPhone is.

Why the need to jailbreak the new ones?
I though with the older ones it was so you could record video and stuff??
I got mine yesterday and love it to bits, I'm typing this now on it. Happy days!!
