hi can someone please help me with photoshop??

what the quickest and easiest way to cut the tattoo out from the background so your just left with the outline of the tattoo??

With something like that its probably best just to lasso round it with the polygonal lasso. But zoom in very close for better results.

Reduce 'saturation', then adjust 'levels', possible change to B&W........

It would take a while to get it perfect though, as the picture is very grainy so must have been taken in Low Res......
