Default Turbo removal on 4x4 cossie

as title guys any advice on removing a t3 off a sapph,is it a manifold off job?

can be done with manifold on, either way its a blag, a chapped down 17mm spanner is the best way of getting to them mate.

they're not meant to have one, its metal to metal as standard, i put a cometic one on mine and it blew within 2 week, so i replaced it with another, and that blew in 2 days, put it back without one, and its been fine ever since.

been a few shitty weeks,it went for a set up few weeks ago,running best it ever has week later head gasket shit itself,thought fair enuff had it done and exactly a week later the turbo lets go!!!
