the sierra only has a standard map sensor in it

you will need to run the esccossie 2.5 bar map sensor
did the p8 with the stage 1 chip actually work in the esc cossie it came from
are you sure it is a stage 1 chip

Yes you will need a 2.5bar map sensor and all should be dandy. I assume your saff is running a lamda? Was the car that the ECU came from running one?

BUT if you didnt buy the P8 from someone you know never assume that chip is what you was told as the cossie is quite fragile like that! + did it come from an Escos? As many upgrade to the P8 on the saff/3dr so could be a stage one non lamda chip!

You need to know the exact spec ofthe chip you have.

The software could have been easily converted to run a 3 bar MAP sensor.

Yea thanks guys. It didn't work in it for a start because of one of our spare p8s must be faulty so we tried another one with the stage one chip in it and it runs good. Just got to up the boost today.
