Im on the mission where you get Ceasar and have to go and take two photos from a rooftop, i get the first pic then `T bone Mendez` turns up, take the pic but it still says take the pic of his face i take the pic as soon as gets out the car, as he walks side on straight away yet it still wont give me it

 

yeah I missed it, just keep taking pictures and eventually it will happen, but you gotta watch the car park when they turn up.

 

yeah viewing straight on the car park, done it about 20 times but just wont work im taking the pics so dunno whats happening wouldnt mind but it takes ages to go and get ceasar and get to the place.

2 peeps arrive in the car park and 1 dude arrivess on the other side of the house that all going into, if memoryy serves me right, so snap the 2 dudes in car park then swing camera right and should see the other dude , hope that helps

 

only saw 2 people, turn up in to different vehicles.
