60 hours after fitting, its broken, think thats a new record for me


Remote control isn't working, red lightat the top isn't flashing or anything so its completely dead! Have tried changing the batteries but nothing. Is this common to happen at all? Any quick fixes before I phone the Punjab tomorrow?

Mine sometimes plays up like that rich, i press tv on the sky remote, then press the sky button, hey presto. ive had my HD for a while and its been flawless tbh, bar the odd hick up.

when i had mine, it was crap from a distance like 2 metres, phoned them, they sent me a new control and it was fun

sounds obvious but could it be crap batteries

mine buggers up from time to time i turn mine of at the plug for a few mins then turn it back on always worked for my probs, give that a go

Same here, pull the power out, wait 10 seconds, plug it back in and all is fine.

unplug the box from the mains
leave it for a few minutes
plug it back in again
wait for it to go to the sky screen (channel 998)
then try the remote
if that doesn't work call shere punjab

im listening to my mrs on the phone to them now she sounds so frustrated the shouting is no doubt going to happen any second

Red light on the top of remote does NOT work at all, indicating remote is NOT working, HAVE tried new batteries, but it still DOESNT work

Just suddenly stopped working, wasn't buggering about with it or anything when it broke!
