how to find out who owns a house
how do you find out who owns a house as theres a house that has sat empty for about 3 - 4 years & its getting a bit derrilect with shite sat outside & im after finding the owners to see if its forsale, i was told they may be abroad but who knows,
ps. its in scotland if that makes any differance

Then pay £4 for the title deed and £4 for the ownership info.
Personally I think you should get the locksmith in, move in, tidy the place up and start renting it. Perfectly legal. If you can stay there for 12 years without challenge it's yours!
