Default laptop help

ve got a acer laptop ts only a few months old but have been havng problems wth t,
my rght clck sometmes wont work and now ve lost the letter to the left of the o,
have cleaned under the letter but not made any dfference and stll wont work, and have to now push hard on the O to make that work, and last nght the oo seemed to just go off when t wanted to, wthout me touchng the letter
anyone know what could be?

Did you buy new or second hand? Sounds to me like a duff keyboard. You used to have to press quite hard on the buttons of my acer laptop but it seems to be fine now.

brand new from currys, 2nd acer as the frst one had buggered up as well after a few months
mostly been fne but just went mad last nght and cant sort t out,

I'd take it back then get them to sort it out. It'll be under warranty so they will sort it for you!

ths the 2nd acer had now snce oct, would there be anyway to get my money back from them and get anther make? or just be let them fx ths one?

Not too sure depends on their policy. I had an LG telly from currys, went back for repair 3 times, until I said that I am not interested in having it back, so I got a Samsung instead and haven't had a problem since.

Go into the store and kick up a stink, you'll get what you want if you try hard enough!

Make sure you get refunded or credited for a replacement in full for the original cost of the laptop. Currys tried fobbing me off with another of the same size and make, which was a couple of hundred pounds cheaper than the one I bought!

Did you spill any liquids on the keyboard or do you like to eat pies? No joke but crumbs can get lodged under the keys. It will be worse if you spilled anything on it. Curries will just lol at you.
