well, i've just opened a letter from them saying that i've got til the 11th to pay the fine pus admin charge or go to court

so i'm going to call them up tomorrow to tell them to get fucked as it's already been sorted

the only thing is, i can't find the letter that they sent me saying that it was sorted, so what do i do?

i've tried to find the original thread but can't, it was a ticket issued by a private company for twice the posted fine for having the audacity to manourvere in a car park that they had partialy blocked the entrance to, the cunts

so if anyone can find that for me so that i can refresh my mind it would be much appreciated

So who gave you the ticket? Private company or council/police? If it was a private company I'd tell them to do one, its doubtful that they'd risk taking you to court.

its a letter from a debt collection place

Was the ticket originally from a private parking company, either from themselves or acting on behalf of council? I'm assuming its a private company acting for themselves, if it was for council you'd have had the car clamped by now for not paying, only know this as its happened to me last year, and they dont wait over 2yrs to do it, was less than a year in my case.

ticket was issues by a private company
on private land
acting on behalf of the owner of the land
the sign that was on display said that you got a Ł75 fine if you parked there
i wasn't parked, i was waiting for someone to get out of the way and was reversing
they then passed it on to some soliciters
i called them, explained the situation
they said "write it down"
i wrote it down and they said fine, sorted
now there is another soliciter who's letter says that "despite repeated attempts to get you to pay, you've not paid so you've got until the 11th to pay or dischagre the dept over a short period otherwise legal action"

they have throughfully provided me with an internet address of

www.ccses.com

so can anyone find out anything more about them?

not accodring to the police
or the council
or the soliciters

parking means engine off, handbrake on, out of the car

the terms and conditions of the car park i was passing through are that you have to pass directly through and can't stop, so if there is something in front of you what are you supposed to do?

even the council have said that this is illegal and so have the police, so it just depends on what lengths i'm going to go to to get out of it before they start coming around

ok, i don't live at the address that the car is registered to
so what can they do in that case?

I'd be inclined to tell them to go ahead, take it to court. The chances of them doing it are remote, try looking on the parking forum on consumeractiongroup.co.uk for more info, and reasons why it wont get to court.

the legal begal site has said simply ingore them unless they send court approve papers to the address

but than will never happen so i'm free to carry on being blissfully unaware of anything

i shall check out that site too

2) Scan and keep a copy.
3) Post it back to them.

got a letter this morning saying:

debt due to uk parking control ltd

if you have recived a letter from us in the last week relating to the above debt, we apoligise for this and can confirm that this letter was sent inerror

the debt refer to above has been cancelled and returned to ukpc and no further action will be taken by us in relation to this debt
