ticket was issues by a private company
on private land
acting on behalf of the owner of the land
the sign that was on display said that you got a £75 fine if you parked there
i wasn't parked, i was waiting for someone to get out of the way and was reversing
they then passed it on to some soliciters
i called them, explained the situation
they said "write it down"
i wrote it down and they said fine, sorted
now there is another soliciter who's letter says that "despite repeated attempts to get you to pay, you've not paid so you've got until the 11th to pay or dischagre the dept over a short period otherwise legal action"
