Default Heater Fans Always running (late spec saph)

with the ignition on mine run constantly, not very much (less than they do in pos1 on switch) but theyre still always on...

is this normal?

if so what do we rcon, knackered switch or knackered wiring? i dunno if they have a relay or not, just assumed that the switch is some kinda potentiometer

Normal behaviour, nothings "Fooked"

The right hand lever has a microswitch at teh bottom, you will hear it click and hear the fans turn off totally
