Hi all

If I log onto ebay on my phone, it keeps logging me in as other people, just completely random user names. I can see what they have been searching for, how many items are in their watching page, items won folder etc. Although if I click on these folders to open them then it reverts back to my login details and I carry on as me from there.

Any ideas as to whats going on?

I Keep getting that! I have to click selling a few times before I'm signed in as me!

I have tried to revise the items but it wont let me LOL

try clearing all your cookies or temp files

 

I've tried that, also removed all my passwords etc, still does it though!

 

Start buying random crap for them...

 

It does it on my laptop if different people have used it for their account previously. I cant see why it would happen on your phone though if your the only person that has logged in on it. Strange.

 

I can log in fine, but cant buy anything! Cant get past the Review stage.

 

Yeah I know, quite odd! I've been logged in as 3 different people today lol. Some wires crossed somewhere I think!

People who access the Internet via mobile phones are usually cached to ensure the pages are loaded up quick for you. Which means you picked up someone else's cache via their server!

Not a very good security. If I was you, I'd report this to your mobile phone operator. What if you are reading someone else's email via GMail?
