I've never experienced anything like that and hope i dont, the mind is a complex thing!

I know what you're going through, I've suffered from anxiety and depression for the last 10yrs lost my 3rd child and then 5yrs ago lost my home,partner and everything i had...so it's serioulsy not a good thing to have.. but it's good you got some help..hang on in there mate..

 

Your having a really bad time mate, anyone would struggle emotionally. No shame in it. Keep those around you who count and get some help. Itll take time but itll all work out.

 

Dont know what to say! but if you get through this you will be so strong and brave and feel on top of the world, i wish you all the best.

That is the worst, i sugguest you wash all your bed sheets, put everything that was her's or is her's out of sight and replace it with your kids things, i.e pics of your kids or even a toy!

I feel for you, it must be really hard, You are very brave putting all this on PF and goin to the docs, as said alot of people hold it inside untill its too late, they shut them self away, Keep yourself busy! All the best
