Default Ideal poundage springs when using coilovers for fast road use ?

On my 4x4 saph, was gonna get coilovers for next year but don't want the ride too hard,i have brand new koni's with bayjoo springs on but after fitting my adjustable rear beam it sits too high at the back for my liking.

itd say get good ones aswell, with compression and rebound adjustments you can run hard springs and the ride not be too bad (will also help with getting the handelling spot on )

I use 300lb 92 front and 200lb 12" rear, on 2wd sapph, with AVO, no complaints the rear is a tad soft, so going to 225lb.
Coilys normally only rebound adjust on front but bump rebound on rears.

jesus i ran that and found it really boucey hard like a chaved nova on its arse, did national day this year and found it rolled to much, had a word with a chap in a 3dr and he ran 700lb front and 300lb rear, i have just gone to 600lb front and 300lb rear - so thats doubl what i was running and its a mega smooth ride now on the road and miles better on the corners, and i am also on avo coil overs, i was amazed at the diference ! im going up another 150lb on the front now then i think it will be spot on!

Most of the roll comes from the rear, go too hard on the front and it will make the rear even looser, mine doesn't roll any noticeable amount, but then I have a 22mm adjustable rear arb, which balances things much better.
