if there werent hard times in life we wouldnt appreciate the good times as much. hopefully things cant get any worse so that means they can only get better
i suggest burning all your boyfriends crap as you have given him a chance to come get it and leaving at yours will only keep reminding you of him. try n get rid of all traces of him, delete msgs, rip up pictures n start afresh. might seem hard but it really does help!

Definately does you good to talk about it, whether it's here or in person. Kind of learning that very quickly myself recently. You don't need to tell everyone your problems, sometimes telling 1 person is enough, sometimes not.Been thinking of posting a thread like this last week, but I generally amn't that open with stuff I have going on, so i decided against it.If you don't do something about how you feel it will end up dragging you down with it. Chin up dear! The say bad luck comes in 3's, sounds like your due for some better luck now.
I too don't discuss things as I never think what people have to say is stuff I don't already know / or I don't want to bother them with my taughts / etc the list goes on...

At least if things happen it 3's, hopefully there's no more crap coming your way!
I hope your Dad is better soon. People can live with COPD for a long time, im sure after some treatment in hospital he'll be feeling good again.
If you're worried about you job, start having a look for what else is out there/what might you wanna do. Its not nice having to leave somewhere you like but it could be an exciting opportunity-new things and all that.
B/f's- least you can save yourself some money at xmas!!! haha sorry! If he hasnt come to get his things or even bother replying to you then perhaps its not yet 'final' in his mind??
Go see 'New Moon' with a good friend x

My dad suffers from COPD, he was diagnosed back in 2005 but not told till 2006. To cut a long story short he has to be on Oxygen for 18hrs a day(sometimes more) and take quite a few tablets every day warfarin etc. did you ever notice your dads lips going blue? as this is due to it.
yeahh he goes a funny colour.. sometimes his oxygen levels dropped from 95 down to 70.. he is gettin oxy at home now i think.. he takes loads of medication,, he has a nebulizer at home but oxy is next i think..
