Internet is fine. Phone is being skittish. Keeps on cutting out.

TV is partly down. Some channels work (why do they have to be shit channels that work ffs?) but most just say "this channel is not available right now".

Derby is fine and has been fine, on demand works great, V+ HD is the dogs, never had any issues with them and been with them 10 years.

I cannot work out why people have issues?

Same here! On demand hardly ever works and everytime we use filmflex the film starts skipping half way through! Fucking nightmare! I'd switch to sky but you can only record one program at a time plus I got a half. Decent deal with virgin! Might look into the chipped boxes - all channels for Ł100 a year and you can pause and record like virgin!

I had this issue. Called them and got a helpful guy in Newcastle. The on demand had been partly allocated to an old card. No idea how this happened, but he fixed it in 2 minutes.

He sorted it, and for the issue credited Ł50 to my account as a goodwill gesture.

Fire Was a router problem that affected a particular region (midlands I think). For those that are stll having problems, reboot your box and it should be fine

Hi mate,

I'm with Virgin and in the last 3-4 days i keep losing connection and a message comes up saying that a network cable is disconnected but i know that this is not the case as a few second/minutes later it is connected again, often when it does it there is a low volume squeal as well. Can you tell me if this is the same as what yours is doing? At least if it's doing it to yours as well as mine i know it's a problem at their end and hopefully not mine.

Cheers bud.
