Worth Reporting?
There's a Escort that has been crashed outside my nearby Sainsburys, been sat there now for 2+ days, think it would be worth reporting to the police? Could of been stolen don't know what you think?

Chances are the police already know about it. Wouldn't be any harm in reporting it though. Not sure what they'll do if it is legal though. Nothing at all I would imagine.
Im sure that one of the local police has been shopping at, or attending an incident at sainsburys in the last couple of days, so if they have done so and not bothered reporting it I dont really see why you should trouble yourself to do so particuarly TBH
As above, be surprised if it hasn't been reported or seen already. TBH the worst thing that can happen up here is people doing that, as soon as a "police aware" notice gets posted on the car, it usually gets vandalized and burnt out, so defeats the purpose really.

I think it's because they outsource the recovery to small businesses 9that's what happens up here) and they just do it whenever they can, but maybe there's some legal nonsense that says it has to be left for a set period of time, until it's vandaliised and of absolutely no use to anyone ever again
