i have got them a turbo of a A4 1.8T the numbers from the original turbo is
058145703N
the turbo i got for them of my old A4 1.8T is
058145703LX

The X at the end of your A4 turbo means it is an exchange part so it has obviously been replaced at some point in the past. The fact that the A4 is L and the A6 is N possibly means the A6 turbo is a newer revision but with part numbers that close I am almost 100% sure it will fit.
Add to that what Guzzler said and you should be ok.
