Any of you jogging lot been out for a run today to burn off some of the xmas dinner/drink/chocolates? Been out today for a steady 8 miler ,fook me it was cold wheni first set off soon warmed up though , saw loads of other runners out too (seems like a lot of people have consumed too much) lol ,one more big day of excess eating today then its back to normal

blimey gaz, been running for a while then? 8 miles is a lot for a beginner, hence why my question.

i may go for a run later. just at the end of the afternoon.

the weather man said there is a slight chance it will snow later on today in this area of Essex, so i wont be running.... il be out in the Capri taking on roundabouts sideways and the like

so i decided to open another can of stella instead, call in the Ginge's diet


seems to work as im sweating (must turn heating down )

yeah i went out this morning about 11.00

i feel alot better now all that xmas food and beer out of me.

it's just a shame im going to a house party 2nite and getting wankered lol

Try running up here without traction control and abs pmsl i near fell WALKING to the pub earlier about twenty times !!

8 miles is good going! i been doing a little in lincs lately only doing about 3 or 4 each go! must start doing it every day to shift this fat!

and its not cold if you warm up properly!

i ran 4 miles a day for 2 weeks ,got so far away from me house i couldnt get back!

Adidas response clima cool , fookin killed me on my first run with them , but best runing shoes ive ever had now Bloody hell matt theres fook all on yer
