October 16th i will be taking stage with one of London's most respected Metal bands 'Social Head Removal' at the 'Scala' in Kings Cross.

They were in need of a guitarist to fill in for the last gig before they head back in the studio for a new EP so i feel privileged that lead singer Dave McEvoy gave me a call and asked me to fill the gap. If you guys are free on that Friday night, PLEAASSSEEEE come on down and cheer us on. Guest DJ for the club night is Gary Numan.
Would be cool to rock out with some PF Members
Cheers Folks.

Seeing as you liked the new album. I recorded a rough version of 'Black Gives Way To Blue' of my own. I did the vocals and the 2nd verse harmonies too. Check it out

Rock Out!!
I see that SHR have the metal /punk crossover going. I know as a day job i do the boogie blues, but I grew up listening to metal. Big fan, always have been. Although as an old codger, I'm more into the, what they now call "classic" metal. lol Accept, Priest. etc
respect for the 32ths. 16ths was always my limit.

Rock Out!!
others may know of other bands, but there arnt many i've heard that cross over those two styles. Some rammstein has a fair bit of trance keyboard feel, Du hasst and a couple of others. some ministry was fairly industrial, not to trancy though. Its a shame as they are obvious bedfellows. But the big keyboard runs and stabs in trance, dont really seam to transfer to guitar too well. they just become "metal" tunes. If anyone knows better, please post the links. (sorry for thread hijack Pardeep)
