Is there a software program that can split up 70-80 tracks? i.e into sections that a CD player can read?

Bascially i got a 80min constant track that i want to be able to skip through.

Ryan, sorry only just seen this post The way I do it is to open the whole file up, and simply scoll through it adding "drop markers" in where the files split, once done I just highlight each section, copy and paste it into a new file.

Drop markers can be found by going "Speacial" then "Drop Marker"
