Default Fuel swirl pot

Anyone used one of these? Or any views on the kit, seems a good deal.

in all honesty it's not a swirl pot.
there is a reason they are round and this is to draw air out of the fuel in the swirl pot and to the return to tank.
i'm sure it's a tidy way to do the job, but an ebay round jobbie would do the job for less than half as much, then just get different outlets welded, custom pipes from hydraulics place, job done.

With regards to the shape of the tank. I've been going through 13 pages of old topics. All the in car tanks are round. But the ones under the car are square. Is there much of a difference in the 2 shapes. If so does anyone have a round one underneath? Is so any pictures would be appreciated along with where to get one.

you don't need an injection tank though, if you use a facet lift pump, then you can use an non injection tank if that is what you have, infact better to use the high flow facet really as it doesn't mind a bit of air like injection ones.

so from fuel tank to main pump use a facet pump just to lift it? ok. And with that setup i can keep the std carb tank? ok. Well that would be great as i am just going to pick up a new tank i don't really want to hehe.

i dont need to wear gloves when driving but i do and it's fine

at the end of the day, the std pump was FREE as it was already fitted

a facet would need me to spend money,

my system works, my fuel gauge works

i and go flat out in an pretty much empty tank and get no surge

you advice is probably correct

i'm just saying what ACTUALLY works and saves me some money

*not trying to offend or have a go
