Default Fitting new recaro seat pan

Hello tere. I have just purchased a new seat pan thing as the original one has snapped! I had a quick look to see how hard a job it is to fix but I couldn't for the life of me get the centre part out! Does anyone know of somewhere that will show me how to do this or could someone provide a step by step guide! Don't know of such a thing has been discussed before or not! Seat is in my Mk2 Sierra XR4x4!

Any help would be very much greatly appreciated!

Much thanks

Thats pretty much the way i come to work (I think) come off the M621 and take first left then on to cosco! plus my girlfriend lives in Wortley so I head that way quite often! I work in the industrial estate across from cosco where Autoglass is!

yeah we thought the same! just being in there and seeing how bloody HUGE the place is was interesting enough for me! plus all the sciency bits were cool also! dont think i would go again to go in though I would go again if I was down that way for photo's! First time I went was to a rave in March which was in the big hall and I thought that bit was big!
