Firing order is 1/3/4/2, just put to tdc with lug nearest the V grove on crank pulley, then look at cap, will clearly see which one the rotor arm is pointing at, as number 1, I'm pretty sure they run clockwise but check and do the other lead sin that order of 1342.

Looking down onto the top of the dizzy from the front of the car, the rotor arm is pointing roughly at 1 o'clock for number 1, then clockwise, it's 3, 4, 2.

Hi,
As little as possible!!
I'm retired, or as me mates say retarded!!
I had a good day yesterday, with 2 nice blokes from Southend(not THAT sort of nice!!), they had a V6 cossiee engined mk2 tina, that wouldn't make good power, as the numpty pro engine builder they used managed to get all four cams out by a mile, and I really do mean a mile, it was amazing it didn't do any damage, just wouldn't produce the goods, although idling perfect revving perfect, finished at 176.6bhp, with modded heads different cams etc.
