It all depends one what you want to try and achieve. Watching your Diet and cutting out the crap will help you reduce your fat intake and will make you lose weight but will help with actually showing your muscle. But if your doing weights you should be already putting on muscle mass as weight.

If you don't eat nothing at all I think you'll loose muscle too.

Correct, the body starts feeding on Muscle. That's the reason you need to keep a steady low fat, Low carb and High Protein diet.

I assume he is following Ramadan Benni, which is a daytime fast, no eating between sunrise and sunset iirc? Heavy duty anyway.

How long without food before the body feeds on the muscle? Are we talking days or weeks?

I'm pretty sure Kam B is a shortened Indian name and not a Muslim name. Just a assumption as i know many Kams and none of them are Muslim. Maybe i'll learn something new today

Must include three chocolate bars a day or forget it. Sent it over, I'll have a look.

The human body can go 3 days without food before it starts to eat muscle. Though it may use some of the muscle over the first 3 days but where it massively starts to effect is after 3 days.

Would fasting all day and only eating at night not just crash your metabolism? Then as soon as you eat at night itll store away as much as it can because it knows it gets starved all day??

Or, does this not effect someone that quickly?

Ellie, that doesnt really happen to me, although it probably does hapen

When opening the fast you dont need or shouldnt really go and fill your stomach up or eat all night - there wouldnt be any point in fasting, il probably open mine with a glass of water or with 3 dates then eat later.

One thing i dont like though is eating in the morning and then going back to sleep, theres a yukky sickening feeling i get when i wake up
