What exactly are you doing with them whilst they're in there, lol?
Move the wire so as the ends move outwards (ie/the left two move to the left, and the right two move to the right), and slide towards you in the same movement. Don't just fiddle about aimlessely with them, lol

Probably £15-£30 I guess. But they do fuck all for the privilege. They can get the code from the reg number, job done! The rest of us require the serial code.
Maria, it really is easy, lol! Get the four ends nice and straight, then twine the ends you hold together so instead of four you have two (when I say twine them together, I mean the two on the left together and the two on the right together), hold one in each fist in front of you, then move your left hand left and your right hand right and at the same time move slowly towards you and it'll slide out.

Like this basically. Ok, so he has the proper tools, but they're not exactly any more sophisticated, lol

make the hangers as short as possible, so as in the shape of the ones shown. When they are in the holes put your finger in the tape deck and try and jostle the tape player out (one side at a time) once one side has broke free the other comes out easy.

Does it feel in the slightest bit loose? I did mine the exact same way about two days ago in my exact same Fiesta dash, fingers in the cassette hole is the way to do it, just slide the coat hangers in a couple of inches and then pull/wiggle using the cassette hole for leverage, you don't need to touch the hangers once they're pushed in provided you can pull firmly enough on the tape hole
