Good for the money, I use them as road tyres on my clio and have even done a couple of track sessions on them, not as good as 888s etc but certainly work ok.

I believe Kelv did a 8:50 odd lap of the ring in his focus RS when we were there, and he was using them.

As said, good in the dry. not great in the wet.

They wear down quick but for the price they are a good buy imo

hello iv just bought that size from national tyres, if you book on line they come in at just over £300 fitted, by the time you have your ebay ones fitted will work out about the same.

Easy to see how it could run to most people for 300 then if they are 260 not fitted.

So a good tip about national tyres

Surely a set of R888's would be cheaper from Martin Hadland?

Nowhere near mate, martin cant even match 260 for a set of 888s in 15" so im sure he will be a mile off for 17" like this thread is about

I love Paradas, and the price is right. I find them ok in the wet, they don't last that long, but a soft tyre is a soft tyre. Tramline quite badly IME.

So the general gist is they are good but not as good as 888?

With the power your car is putting out dont you think its a tad overkill? You may as well save the cash and get some remoulds! I think there safe up to 70mph!
